Start on time
Eric Church gave a great performance, but starting an hour late was not okay — very disrespectful to his audience. We were told that it was because Eric Church require all beverages (including water) to be poured into cups so no containers would be allowed in the arena. This apparently caused such a delay at the concession stands that only 1/3 of the seats were filled at the 8 pm scheduled start time. At 8:30 pm only half the seats were filled and finally at 8:55 pm the lights were dimmed and he came on stage. There needs to be better planning at Golden One (more concession staff) if containers are banned and cashiers have to pour beer, sodas and water into cups before they can be handed out to guests! Next time start the concert on time as scheduled!!!
